Estimation Engineer – HVAC

Job Description

We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (Mechanical) for the role of HVAC Estimation Engineer. The selected candidates will assist in preparing project estimates, quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and technical proposals while working closely with the engineering and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare HVAC cost estimates and project quotations. Study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications. Perform quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings. Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals. Coordinate with vendors to obtain material and equipment quotations. Support the engineering team in preparing project budgets. Maintain estimation records and project documentation. Assist in bid submissions and tender preparation. Coordinate with project execution and procurement teams. Learn HVAC design standards and estimation procedures. Required Skills Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and Mechanical Engineering concepts. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents. Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred. Good analytical and numerical skills. Understanding of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learning ability and attention to detail. Teamwork and time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Eligibility Criteria B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of HVAC estimation experience may also apply. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
