**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical entry-level professional to join our equity dealing team in financial services. This role offers hands-on exposure to trade execution, market monitoring, and client support, providing a foundational understanding of equity markets. You will collaborate with senior dealers to ensure seamless transaction processing while adhering to regulatory standards. Ideal candidates possess strong numerical skills, curiosity about market dynamics, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. No prior experience is required—only a passion for finance and eagerness to learn. **Responsibilities:** - Execute equity trades accurately using our proprietary dealing systems. - Monitor real-time market data to identify trading opportunities and risks. - Assist in reconciling trade confirmations and resolving discrepancies promptly. - Execute client orders (buy/sell equities & derivatives) - Monitor live market trends and price movements - Provide basic market updates and trading ideas to clients - Maintain accurate transaction records and reports - Ensure all trades comply with SEBI rules and company policies - Handle client queries related to trades and portfolio - Coordinate with back-office and risk management teams - Manage exposure limits and minimize trading risks - Generate brokerage revenue through active client trading - Assist clients in demat and trading account opening - Activation of a dead account by convincing the client
