We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical entry-level professional to join our equity dealing team in financial services. This role offers hands-on exposure to trade execution, market monitoring, and client support, providing a foundational understanding of equity markets. You will collaborate with senior dealers to ensure seamless transaction processing while adhering to regulatory standards. No prior experience is required—only a passion for finance and eagerness to learn. **Responsibilities:** - Execute equity trades accurately using our proprietary dealing systems. - Monitor real-time market data to identify trading opportunities and risks. - Assist in reconciling trade confirmations and resolving discrepancies promptly. - Execute client orders (buy/sell equities & derivatives) - Monitor live market trends and price movements - Provide basic market updates and trading ideas to clients - Maintain accurate transaction records and reports - Ensure all trades comply with SEBI rules and company policies - Handle client queries related to trades and portfolio - Coordinate with back-office and risk management teams - Manage exposure limits and minimize trading risks - Generate brokerage revenue through active client trading - Assist clients in demat and trading account opening - Activation of a dead account by convincing the client
