We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Diploma and B.E./B.Tech graduates to join our team as Engineering Trainees (NAPS – Quality Line Inspectors). This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to gain practical experience in quality inspection, manufacturing processes, and industrial quality management. Key Responsibilities Perform in-process and final quality inspections of manufactured components. Inspect products as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer specifications. Identify, record, and report defects or non-conforming products. Maintain inspection reports and quality-related documentation accurately. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety regulations. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain workplace discipline. Eligibility Criteria Education Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in: Mechanical Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Automobile Engineering Production Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial & Production Engineering Metallurgical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Electronics Production & Maintenance Or any related engineering discipline Experience Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant manufacturing or quality inspection experience are also welcome.
