Job Summary We are hiring Engineer Trainees to work alongside experienced developers and technical teams on real-world software projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with basic technical knowledge who are looking to start their careers in software development. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers. Debug and troubleshoot software issues. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams. Learn and work with modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools. Stay updated with emerging technologies and software development best practices. Knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted development is an added advantage. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or C#. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Basic knowledge of SQL and databases. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. Knowledge of Git or version control systems is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and willingness to learn. Teamwork and adaptability. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc (CS/IT)/MCA or equivalent) Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. English: Basic English
