Ecommerce Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, order processing, inventory tracking, and marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller/vendor panels efficiently. Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock updates. Track orders, returns, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and deals. Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, creatives, and campaign execution. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve listing/account-related issues Preferred Skills Experience with seller/vendor dashboards and marketplace tools. Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads. Experience working with D2C brands or startup environments.
