Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and analytical E-Commerce Executive/Manager to drive online sales, manage product listings, and generate leads across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience in digital sales and online marketplace management. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings and catalogues across e-commerce platforms Identify opportunities for online lead generation and sales growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve performance Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales through digital channels (non-calling) Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain professional client communication Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics Maintain accurate data and reports using MS Excel Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution Candidate Requirements 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce / Online Sales / Business Development Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially email communication) Hands-on experience with product listing and catalogue management Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends Proficiency in MS Excel; CRM knowledge is an added advantage Understanding of online sales funnels and lead generation strategies Key Skills E-commerce Management Online Sales & Lead Generation Product Listing & Catalogue Management Email Marketing Social Media Handling Data Analysis (MS Excel) Business Development & Pre-Sales Additional Information Preferred Candidate: Female candidates Age Limit: 20–35 years Important Note Candidates primarily experienced in inventory management, order processing, dispatch, or return handling are not suitable for this role.
