E-Commerce Analyst

Job Description

Decorglobe Private Limited is a fast-growing company specializing in home décor and lifestyle products. We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Analyst to manage and optimize our online sales channels, improve marketplace performance, and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in managing leading e-commerce marketplaces and Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Shopify, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising. The role involves improving online sales performance, optimizing product listings, analyzing business data, and executing digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Maintain and optimize the Shopify website for better user experience and conversions. Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and order performance across all platforms. Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplaces and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Analyze sales reports, traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance. Improve product visibility through SEO optimization and enhanced product content. Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, stock management, and promotional campaigns. Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and competitor activities. Experience with Meta Ads Manager and marketplace advertising. Understanding of e-commerce analytics and performance metrics. Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
