Job Summary Usha Capacitors Ltd. is looking for an experienced Draughtsman to prepare accurate engineering drawings and technical documentation for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, engineering standards, and manufacturing drawings, with the ability to coordinate effectively with production and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD. Create manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and production drawings. Interpret engineering concepts and convert them into technical drawings. Modify existing drawings as per design revisions. Maintain drawing records and revision history. Coordinate with design, production, quality, and purchase teams. Ensure drawings comply with company and industry standards. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) wherever required. Support engineering teams during product development and manufacturing. Ensure accuracy, dimensions, and tolerances in all drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Good understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards. Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Basic computer knowledge. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in electrical, electronics, capacitor, or industrial manufacturing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good coordination and teamwork skills.
