The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching learners of all age groups, from beginners to intermediate-level students, through engaging and structured online sessions. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging online classes for individuals and small groups Teach Digital Art Fundamentals including composition, colour theory, lighting, perspective, and visual storytelling Deliver hands-on training in Procreate and Adobe Photoshop Guide students in creating illustrations, portraits, landscapes, concept art, and digital paintings Provide personalized feedback and track student progress regularly Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practice exercises, and learning resources Help students develop strong digital workflows and creative techniques Stay updated with current trends, tools, and AI-powered creative technologies Collaborate with the team to improve curriculum and learning experiences Good to Have Experience with Adobe Fresco, Clip Studio Paint, or similar tools Familiarity with AI creative tools like Adobe Firefly or Midjourney Background in Fine Arts, Design, Animation, or related fields Experience in curriculum creation or structured course design Eligibility Criteria Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred Portfolio showcasing digital artwork is mandatory Experience in illustration, portraiture, landscapes, or concept art preferred Candidates with strong personal art practice will be preferred Work Schedule 6 Days Working (Including Weekends) 4–6 Teaching Hours Per Day Additional preparation and planning time included Device & Setup Requirements Windows or Mac PC – Mandatory Drawing Tablet – Mandatory Stable Internet Connection – Mandatory Webcam & Headset – Mandatory iPad with Apple Pencil – Preferred for Procreate sessions What ARTMA Offers Direct mentorship from Venkatesh Paspureddi Fully remote and flexible work environment Career growth opportunities into senior educator and curriculum roles Opportunity to work with one of India’s fastest-growing digital art education platforms How to Apply Interested candidates can share their portfolio and a brief introduction at: 📧 venkatesh@theartma.com
