Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media management, and content creation, along with the ability to leverage modern tools, including AI, to enhance performance and productivity. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website rankings and visibility Manage SMO (Social Media Optimization) across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others Create engaging and high-quality content including blogs, captions, and marketing copies Develop and implement content calendars and digital marketing strategies Shoot, edit, and publish video content (reels, shorts, and long-form videos) Monitor and leverage trending topics to enhance brand engagement Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and improve workflow efficiency Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels Track performance metrics and prepare reports for continuous improvement Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of SEO and SMO (mandatory) Proficiency in content writing and creative storytelling Hands-on experience in video shooting and basic editing Familiarity with major social media platforms and their algorithms Working knowledge of AI tools for marketing and productivity Good communication and interpersonal skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Key Skills SEO Tools & Techniques Social Media Management Content Creation & Copywriting Video Production & Editing Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, Insights, etc.) AI Tools for Marketing Benefits Provident Fund (PF) Employee State Insurance (ESI)
