Tiruthanikai Infra City is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and campaign analytics. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Develop integrated marketing strategies across multiple online channels. Improve brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Performance Marketing Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Monitor campaign budgets and improve conversion rates. Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and ROI. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Perform keyword research and competitor analysis. Improve website rankings and organic traffic. Coordinate with website developers for SEO optimization. Social Media Marketing Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create content calendars and schedule posts. Develop engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns. Increase audience engagement and follower growth. Content Marketing Create content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and social media. Work with designers to produce marketing creatives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Lead Generation Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns. Support the sales team with marketing-qualified leads. Target home buyers, investors, and channel partners. Email Marketing & Analytics Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Maintain CRM and customer databases. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
