Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern (Web & Performance Marketing)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Digital & Social Media Marketing Interns who have a basic understanding of website designing and management. The intern will assist in managing our online presence, lead generation campaigns, and website updates for our real estate and property management services in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing
Assist in planning and executing Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads
Create and manage lead generation campaigns
Track performance (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions)
Basic SEO activities (on-page SEO, keyword usage, meta tags)
Social Media Marketing
Create posts, reels & stories for Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
Manage social media calendars
Respond to comments, messages & leads
Run WhatsApp marketing & group promotions
Website Designing & Management
Update website content using WordPress
Create / edit landing pages for ads
Upload property listings, images & blogs
Ensure mobile responsiveness and basic UI/UX
Coordinate domain, hosting & email integration
Content & Creatives
Coordinate with graphic designers / use tools like Canva
Write basic captions, ad copies & website content
Create property-based creatives & videos
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing
Working knowledge of WordPress
Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic level preferred)
Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager
Knowledge of Canva / design tools
Basic understanding of SEO concepts
Good communication & learning attitude
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in real estate marketing
Knowledge of Google Analytics & Search Console
Video editing basics (Reels, Shorts)
WhatsApp Business API / CRM tools
