The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales operations, guiding sales executives, conducting virtual client meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and driving subscription sales. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Generate business through outbound calling and qualified leads. Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and online presentations. Explain Gonukkad.com's subscription plans and digital business solutions to prospective clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates. Ensure timely CRM updates and accurate sales reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients. Handle customer objections, escalations, and support the team in closing deals. Train and mentor new team members to improve sales performance. Candidate Profile Strong leadership and team management abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
