**Job Description:** We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Engineering fresher to join our industrial equipment team, where you’ll learn to transform concepts into functional machinery designs. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with CAD software, prototyping support, and collaboration with senior engineers to ensure product reliability and safety standards. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in drafting 2D/3D models for industrial equipment components. - Review design specifications to ensure compliance with industry safety codes. - Participate in prototyping sessions to test and refine mechanical parts. - Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot design feasibility issues. - Organize and maintain engineering documentation for project traceability. - Support material selection by analyzing basic strength and cost factors. Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year in mechanical design, fabrication, or industrial equipment design. Language: Basic English. Age: 21–35 years. Gender: Open to all.
