Design Engineer – Mechanical

Job Description

Job Overview We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer – Mechanical for immediate joining in the Water & Waste Water Treatment Industry. The candidate should have experience in designing and engineering support for projects related to Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Ultra Filtration (UF) systems. Key Responsibilities Prepare mechanical design drawings and project layouts. Design piping systems, equipment layouts, and treatment process components. Work on WTP, STP, ETP, RO, and UF project designs. Prepare BOQ, technical specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with project, production, and execution teams. Review technical drawings and ensure project compliance. Assist in estimation, vendor coordination, and technical support. Ensure designs meet industry standards and client requirements. Preferred Industry Background Candidates from the following sectors will be preferred: Waste Water Treatment Industry Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Reverse Osmosis (RO) Ultra Filtration (UF) Environmental Engineering Projects Eligibility Criteria Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Relevant experience in Water/Waste Water Treatment projects preferred. Good technical and analytical skills. Ability to handle project design responsibilities independently.
