Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and confident Debt Recovery Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding pending payments, resolving queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities Contact customers via calls regarding outstanding payments Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain recovery records Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer concerns professionally Maintain accurate call and payment update records Coordinate with internal teams for account-related issues Ensure timely collection targets are achieved Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or debt recovery Basic communication skills in Hindi and English Good convincing and negotiation skills Ability to handle customer conversations professionally Candidates with a positive attitude and target-oriented approach preferred Interview Details Interview Timing: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Job Location Rajouri Garden, 1st Floor, New Moti Nagar, Delhi Apply now and become a part of a growing and professional work environment.
