Jain Cord Industries Private Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience with reporting tools, and the ability to transform data into meaningful insights that improve business performance. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources. Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Design and monitor KPIs for various business functions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality. Perform data validation and troubleshoot reporting issues. Collaborate with management and business teams to understand reporting requirements. Prepare presentations and reports with actionable insights. Support business decisions through data-driven recommendations. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes. Maintain data confidentiality and security standards. Required Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) SQL for data extraction and analysis Power BI or Tableau Data Visualization and Reporting MIS Reporting Data Validation and Data Cleaning Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Attention to Detail Communication and Presentation Skills Dashboard Development Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or MIS Analyst. Strong understanding of business reporting and analytics. Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate insights.
