Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support / Customer Operations Executives to manage customer interactions and backend operational tasks across multiple support functions. The role involves customer service, sales support, collections support, language support, and data entry operations. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and/or non-voice processes
• Provide customer service and issue resolution
• Assist in sales support and customer follow-ups
• Support collection and payment-related processes
• Perform backend operations and data entry tasks
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines
