The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, coordination ability, and a professional approach towards patient handling. Job Details Position: Customer Support Executive / Patient Support Executive Job Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Additional Benefits: Incentives Performance Bonus Career Growth Opportunities Job Type: Full-Time | Office Job Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities Handle patient calls and WhatsApp communication professionally Provide booking and service support to patients Coordinate with technicians regarding installation and removal updates Manage patient follow-ups and appointment confirmations Resolve patient queries in a polite and professional manner Maintain patient records and daily operational updates Coordinate with operations and reporting teams Ensure smooth patient support and service experience Preferred Candidates Experience in customer support or healthcare industry preferred Freshers with good communication skills can also apply Female candidates preferred Why Join Us?
