GLBL Tradelines Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Noida. This role involves handling international customers across the UK, US, and Australian markets, providing exceptional support, and promoting IT products and software solutions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries from UK, US, and Australian customers. Assist customers with information related to IT products, software, SaaS solutions, and technology services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Clearly explain product features, pricing, and benefits. Convert qualified leads into successful sales while maintaining excellent customer service. Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions. Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution. Resolve customer queries professionally and build long-term customer relationships. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory). Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused with a target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to work in Day or Night shifts. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, IT Sales, Technical Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or B2C Sales is preferred. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
