The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead conversion, relationship management, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, BFSI, or related industries will be preferred Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and convincing skills. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close sales opportunities. Update and maintain customer records in CRM software. Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain call logs, reports, and customer feedback records. Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and sales Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. 6 months to 4 years of experience in Telecalling, CRM, Customer Support, or Sales. Hindi communication is mandatory. Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
