Fives Digital is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, assisting customers throughout the banking loan process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Guide customers through banking loan products and application procedures. Assist customers with loan onboarding and documentation. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems. Follow up with customers regarding pending loan applications and required documents. Resolve customer queries promptly and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking or loan processes is preferred. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
