Resolve complaints and service-related issues. Escalate complex cases to the concerned department when required. Ensure timely and effective query resolution. Maintain call records and update customer information. Candidate Profile: Good verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a voice process. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
