Job Description

Prominent Realty is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Operations Executive to manage client relationships, documentation, payment follow-ups, and daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in Excel and client management processes. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update client databases accurately. Handle client follow-ups regarding payments, documentation, and service updates. Make professional calls to clients for payment reminders and document collection. Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication. Prepare agreements, invoices, receipts, and other business documents. Organize and manage client records and company files systematically. Create and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets. Monitor payment schedules and follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. Draft professional emails and correspondence. Assist management with administrative and operational tasks. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with relevant skills may apply). Age: 18–35 years. Comfortable working from office in Gurugram. Preferred Candidate Profile Detail-oriented and highly organized. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
