DESIGNATION: Cost Estimator (From Interior and Exhibition Industry Only)

CTC: 2.00 to 3.00 LPA

Location: Sector-143B, Noida (Adjacent to Noida Sector 143 Metro Station)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical cost estimator with experience in the exhibition and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for exhibition stands, trade show booths, custom displays, and event-related projects. This role requires strong knowledge of materials, production processes, vendor coordination, and project timelines to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for exhibition stands based on client briefs, drawings, and specifications.
• Source and negotiate pricing from suppliers, contractors, and production teams.
• Prepare quotations and cost breakdowns within specified deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in cost estimation within the exhibition, fit-out, events, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of exhibition stand fabrication, carpentry, metal works, graphics, lighting, AV, and installation processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
