Roles & Responsibilities Identify employee training needs through assessments and performance analysis. Design customized training programs based on organizational and employee requirements. Conduct classroom, virtual, and interactive training sessions. Deliver training on process, behavioural, communication, and soft skills. Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and learning resources. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking. Maintain training records and reports. Work with internal teams to identify skill gaps and improvement areas. Stay updated with current training methodologies and industry trends. Provide guidance and support to employees for continuous skill development.
