We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator & CRM Specialist to manage day-to-day data entry, customer relationship management (CRM), documentation, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer applications, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Perform accurate data entry and database management. Generate reports using MS Excel and other office applications. Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Maintain sales, order, and inventory-related records. Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for order processing. Prepare invoices, quotations, and business documents. Organize and maintain digital and physical files. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely record updates. Perform other administrative and back-office tasks as assigned Preferred Candidate Profile Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
