Ally Trader Point is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Collection Telecallers to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on pending accounts, and assisting in the loan recovery process while maintaining professional communication. Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone regarding outstanding loan payments. Follow up with customers for payment commitments and recovery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status. Handle customer queries related to dues and repayment schedules. Achieve collection targets and productivity goals. Coordinate with team leaders and managers for escalations. Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
