AmazeHeads LLP is looking for a Coding & Robotics HOD to lead and coordinate its Robotics and Coding training programs across schools. The role involves managing teachers, coordinating with school authorities, ensuring smooth class execution, developing educational content, and supporting the expansion of school partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage, guide, and support Robotics & Coding teachers. Conduct regular school visits and coordinate with Principals and school management. Monitor the quality and smooth execution of Robotics and Coding classes. Recruit, train, and mentor new teachers. Develop educational content, books, videos, and learning resources. Take classes when required as a substitute teacher. Prepare performance reports and share regular updates with Head Office. Support PR, marketing, and promotional activities. Assist with onboarding new schools and managing existing school operations. Travel regularly for school visits, training, and coordination. Eligibility & Skills Graduate in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, or M.Sc. IT/Computer Science. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Knowledge of Robotics, Coding, AI, and STEM education. Familiarity with Python, Java, C, or SQL is preferred. Proficiency in Canva and educational content development tools. Willingness to travel for school visits and training.
