CNC / VMC / HMC Machine Operator

Job Description

Jyoti CNC Automation Limited is looking for skilled CNC / VMC / HMC Machine Operators to operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machining centers for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine operation, blueprint reading, tool setting, machine calibration, and quality inspection while ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines for precision component manufacturing. Read and interpret orthographic blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Perform machine setup, tool setting, offsets, and calibration before production. Load raw materials and monitor machining operations. Edit basic CNC programs and make offset corrections when required. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Bore Gauges. Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards. Replace worn cutting tools and perform preventive machine maintenance. Record production data and machine performance reports. Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company quality standards. Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Required Qualifications ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 12th Pass with relevant CNC machine operating experience may also be considered. Experience 1–5 Years of experience in CNC, VMC, or HMC machine operation. Fresh ITI/Diploma candidates with strong technical knowledge may be considered for trainee positions.
