CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to operate and maintain CNC lathe machines for precision component manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality checks, and ensuring production targets are met as per engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathe machines as per production requirements
• Set up machines, tools, and workpieces according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines
• Measure and inspect finished components using measuring instruments
• Maintain production records and report deviations or issues
• Follow safety standards and manufacturing SOPs
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams for smooth production

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade preferred
• Experience as a CNC Lathe Operator preferred (freshers may apply if trained)

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
