Civil Site Supervisor

Job Description

OSR Ceramic is looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate labour and contractors, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise civil construction and site activities. Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, shuttering, and finishing work. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and site teams. Check material usage and maintain basic site records. Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications. Monitor site quality, safety, and daily progress. Prepare daily site progress reports. Resolve routine site-level issues and coordinate with management. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in building construction. Graduate qualification preferred. Good knowledge of civil construction and site operations. Strong labour and contractor coordination skills. Basic English and fluent Kannada communication. Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Willingness to travel within the Devanahalli area.
