Civil Site Engineer / Site Executive

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer / Site Executive to manage interior site execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site work, coordinating with carpenters and design teams, ensuring material accuracy, maintaining daily progress reports, and delivering high-quality project execution within timelines. Freshers with strong coordination skills and interest in site management are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily interior site execution activities Verify materials as per approved design before installation Interpret and explain 2D drawings to site workers and carpenters Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth execution Plan daily and weekly work schedules and ensure adherence Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and updates via system/WhatsApp Ensure quality execution as per approved layouts and standards Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide updates Track project timelines and ensure on-time completion Verify work progress for carpenter billing and payments Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely project completion Accuracy in material verification Quality of execution as per design standards Daily DPR submission consistency Reduction in rework/errors Client satisfaction at handover Effective site coordination On-time billing & payment verification
