Shantha Ventures is seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, architects, and project managers. Monitor material usage and maintain site records. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Assist in preparing daily progress reports and project documentation. Verify measurements and support quantity estimation. Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities. Identify site issues and report them to senior engineers for resolution. Maintain compliance with company policies and construction regulations. Required Skills Site Supervision Civil Engineering Fundamentals AutoCAD (Basic Knowledge Preferred) Construction Planning Quality Inspection Material Management MS Office Communication Skills Problem Solving Teamwork Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
