Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer for site supervision and construction management activities. The role involves on-site execution, monitoring of work progress, coordination with contractors, and ensuring quality standards as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction site activities Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications Monitor labour, materials, and site productivity Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers Maintain quality control and safety standards at site Prepare and report daily/weekly site progress updates Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones Resolve on-site technical issues with practical solutions Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects Strong understanding of site execution and supervision work Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Ability to manage labour and site workforce efficiently Basic communication skills in English preferred Willingness to work on-field at project location Benefits Free Food / Meals provided Accommodation provided Full-time employment with field exposure
