Job Description

Mathur Ugam and Associates is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction practices, and software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BIM. The candidate will assist in planning, designing, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects while ensuring quality and timely execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review construction drawings and layouts using AutoCAD. Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and progress reports. Maintain project documentation and MIS reports using MS Excel. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Support project planning and design using BIM software. Resolve technical issues at the project site. Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles Proficiency in AutoCAD Working knowledge of MS Excel Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Site supervision and project coordination BOQ preparation and quantity estimation Good communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and time management Preferred Candidate Male candidate preferred (as per company requirement) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Basic English communication skills
