Position Overview Maximal Engineers Private Limited is looking for a dedicated, technically skilled, and enthusiastic CCTV & Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of CCTV Surveillance Systems and Fire Alarm Systems. Freshers with a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and commission: IP Cameras Analog Cameras Network Video Recorders (NVR) Digital Video Recorders (DVR) Network switches and related networking equipment Install, test, commission, and maintain Addressable and Conventional Fire Alarm Systems. Install and terminate: Smoke Detectors Heat Detectors Beam Detectors Manual Call Points (MCP) Hooters / Sounders Monitor & Control Modules Fire Alarm Control Panels Perform cable laying, conduit/trunking work, cable termination, testing, and fault diagnosis. Troubleshoot system faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Attend service calls and breakdown complaints at client locations. Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure timely project completion. Prepare daily work reports, service reports, and installation checklists. Follow company quality, safety, and site compliance standards. Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and project materials.
