Job Description

Immaculate Consultancies is looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Analyst to manage and maintain product catalogs across leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listing, catalog management, and Excel, with a strong focus on data accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Ensure accurate product titles, descriptions, pricing, specifications, categories, and attributes. Upload new products and manage bulk catalog updates using Excel or CSV files. Perform catalog quality checks and resolve listing errors. Coordinate with content, design, photography, and inventory teams for accurate product information. Monitor product listing performance and recommend improvements. Maintain SKU records, catalog documentation, and product data. Generate regular reports on catalog performance and data quality. Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies. Required Skills Catalog Management Product Listing Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) Shopify, Amazon or Flipkart Seller Panels Data Analysis SKU Management Attention to Detail Problem Solving Communication Skills Time Management Preferred Skills Experience with bulk product uploads using CSV/Excel.
