We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Loan Assistant Team Leader to lead and manage a telecalling team focused on business loan sales and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, team handling, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a team of telecallers. Monitor daily calling activities and team performance. Guide team members in generating and converting business loan leads. Ensure achievement of sales and productivity targets. Handle customer escalations and provide resolutions. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports. Train and motivate team members to improve performance. Coordinate with management for process improvements.
