Job Description

Job Summary Onesta Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales & Marketing Engineer to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling engineering services, products, or industrial solutions to OEMs, EPC companies, and end users. Key Responsibilities Generate new business leads and identify potential customers. Acquire new customers and maintain long-term business relationships. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline (Sales Funnel). Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals. Negotiate and close sales opportunities. Ensure timely collection of customer payments and follow up on pending invoices. Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers. Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses. Gather market and competitor intelligence. Maintain CRM records and manage key customer accounts. Travel as required for customer meetings and business development activities. Candidate Requirements 2–7 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Sales & Marketing. Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience selling engineering products, services, or industrial solutions. Strong network with OEMs, EPC contractors, or End Users. Knowledge of e-Tendering processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
