Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female New Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager to drive growth for SLXP across corporate events, experiential marketing, and corporate gifting & merchandise. The ideal candidate should have strong business development capabilities, client relationship skills, and the ability to independently generate and close business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify and acquire new corporate clients, brands, and institutional partners Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry connections Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM Convert leads into confirmed business through proposals, negotiations, and closures Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth Client Servicing & Pitching: Understand client briefs and develop customized event, experiential, and merchandise solutions Create and present pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and cost estimates Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams for solution development Act as the primary point of contact until deal closure Build strong long-term relationships with marketing, HR, procurement, and brand stakeholders Reporting & Coordination: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities Support strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising, PR, or corporate gifting Strong corporate network and client-facing capability Ability to independently manage and close deals Passion for events, brand experiences, marketing, and merchandising Self-motivated, target-driven, and relationship-oriented personality Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred 2–5 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising, PR, or corporate gifting industry Freshers with a strong sales mindset may be considered for Assistant Manager role What We Offer: Opportunity to work on large-scale corporate, brand, and cultural projects Growth-driven environment with exposure to events, IPs, and merchandising Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities Dynamic, creative, and collaborative work culture Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives
