Job Title: Agency Development Manager (ADM) Location: Multiple Locations (Local candidates preferred) Company: Kotak Life / Max Life Insurance Channel: Agency Compensation: ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed Salary) + High-Performance Incentives Job Purpose The Agency Development Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Financial Advisors/Life Mitras. The primary objective is to drive insurance business through recruitment, training, and field support of your team. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Identify, approach, and onboard potential Financial Advisors/Agents from your personal and professional network. Training & Enablement: Ensure all new advisors undergo mandatory IC-38 training and clear their licensing exams. Provide ongoing coaching on insurance products, sales techniques, and market trends. Field Sales Support: Accompany advisors on client meetings to provide on-ground demonstrations, assist in closing deals, and help them achieve their sales funnel targets. Performance Management: Monitor daily activity and conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) to ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly business plans. Business Growth: Meet individual and team WFYP (Weighted First Year Premium) business targets while ensuring a healthy product mix and sales quality. Customer Engagement: Assist advisors in resolving policy service needs and collecting renewals to ensure high customer retention. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Any Graduate in any stream. Experience: Preference for candidates with sales experience, especially in Life Insurance, BFSI, or structured field sales. Skills: Strong team handling and people management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a "field-work" first approach. Good knowledge of the local market and a strong professional network.
