Job Summary Blucrest Capital Advisors Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand the company's client base. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills with a strong interest in financial services, lending, and business financing solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients through various sales and networking channels. Build and maintain long-term relationships with businesses and corporate clients. Understand client funding requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits (if required). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate business terms and successfully close sales opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business acquisition targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Provide regular sales reports and business performance updates to management. Required Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales and business development abilities. Client relationship management skills. Lead generation and prospecting expertise. Good presentation and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of financial products, lending, or NBFC services is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools. ligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred). Experience: 1–5 years in Business Development, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or BFSI. Exceptional freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered. Age: 21–35 years. Language: Basic to Good English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services, lending, banking, insurance, or NBFC sales. Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
