EduOrk is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our presence across corporate, institutional, and individual segments. The role focuses on promoting IT training, corporate learning, and placement programs while achieving revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, meetings, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleges, and corporate partners Promote EduOrk’s IT training, corporate training, and placement programs Conduct presentations, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets Perform market research and competitor analysis Maintain accurate client data, CRM records, and performance reports Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (EdTech experience preferred) Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset Good understanding of the IT training and education market (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives Learning and career growth opportunities in a growing EdTech organization Exposure to corporate and institutional sales environments Supportive leadership, training, and mentoring Industry E-Learning / EdTech Department Sales & Business Development Job Role Business Development Executive (BDE)
