Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize revenue. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales (real estate preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
