*Job Description:* * Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits * Counsel students/parents about courses, programs, or services * Convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments * Maintain and update CRM with lead details * Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes * Conduct seminars, webinars, and promotional events * Follow up with prospective students regularly * Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets * Sales & Counselling Duties:Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses * Explain course structure, fees, and career opportunities * Handle objections and close sales * Coordinate with academic and operations teams * Required Skills:Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) * Convincing and negotiation ability * Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM software * Target-oriented mindset * Presentation skills
