Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in business development and client communication. The candidate will support lead generation, client interaction, proposal preparation, and CRM management while working closely with the business development team.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory. Training will be provided for candidates willing to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and build strong professional relationships
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain and update lead reports and CRM tools on a regular basis
  • Support the business development team in daily coordination and operational tasks
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for client acquisition strategies
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes
  • Self-motivated, confident, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Basic understanding of IT services, websites, or design concepts
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or online lead generation tools
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided)

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
    (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • Freshers welcome
  • Candidates with internship or project experience in sales/marketing will be an added advantage
