In this role, you will be the face of the company on the field, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and building long-term client relationships in the IT/Software sector. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion: Identify, target, and develop new business avenues within the IT and software development domain.Lead Generation: Actively secure new leads through strategic field visits, corporate networking, and cold calling.Client Engagement: Schedule, prepare, and conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations with prospective clients.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.Communication: Maintain seamless, professional business communication between clients and internal technical teams.
