Business Development Executive

Shubh Jodi Matrimony is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, sales, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and English, excellent telesales ability, and experience handling customer objections.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Explain services clearly and convert prospects into customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
Use MS Excel and CRM tools for reporting and customer management.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.
